WTW Pupils celebrate World Book Day on national TV

A group of our Year 1 and Year 2 pupils were lucky enough to be invited on to the national tv show ‘This Morning’. They were invited to take part in the run-up to World Book Day to help showcase how to make book character costumes at home.

They spent the morning having a look around a tv studio, meeting the designer and team. They then appeared live on tv showing the costumes that had been made especially for them.

The other pupils and staff cheered them on whilst watching on the big screen back at school.
